• Cloud infrastructure providers: Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Vultr Holdings, LLC.
• Security and CDN services: Cloudflare, Inc.
• Transactional email and operational notifications.
• Development ally: Waydata Cloud Development (Mexico) under contract with equivalent confidentiality and data protection clauses.
• Competent authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so.

6. International transfers

Some of our processors handle information outside your country of residence (mainly the United States and Mexico). In all cases we require equivalent contractual safeguards and, where applicable, approved standard clauses for international transfers.

7. Data retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Contract-related data is retained for the duration of the contract and for up to five (5) years thereafter for tax and legal-defense purposes. General contact data is deleted after two (2) years of inactivity if no commercial relationship has materialized.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), role-based access control, audit logs, encrypted backups, and periodic security reviews. No system is 100% impenetrable; in the event of a breach that may compromise your rights we will notify you without undue delay.

Under applicable legislation (GDPR in Europe, CCPA/CPRA in California, LFPDPPP in Mexico), you have the right to:

• Access your personal data and obtain a copy.
